1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
The artwork arrives damaged or defective during delivery
The item received is incorrect compared to the order placed
The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
To qualify for a return:
The artwork must be unused and in original condition
The original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of art products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made or personalized artworks
Commissioned artwork pieces
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Products returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged artwork
Photos of the packaging
This allows our team to verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The artwork was damaged during delivery
The item shipped was incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
Artwork On Walls is not responsible for lost return shipments.
